As we bid farewell to yet another chapter in our catalogue of exquisite timepieces, we proudly present the culmination of the Eternal collection. Encased in the same refined case, the ever-so-reliable Sellita SW200 Swiss caliber powers these last 25 watches that feature another unique combination of genuine millennia-old gemstones in a classic tuxedo style configuration completed by the classy Breguet numerals. This time we selected the enduring, majestic Onyx as the backdrop for the vibrant vitality of the Malachite. Finished to a refined glazed polish, the striking contrast between the two gems highlights the uniqueness of a concept that is further underscored by the organic veneers in the Malachite, ensuring that each watch in the collection stands as a one-of-a-kind work of art. As always, a handmade genuine leather strap will give each of our esteemed customers the chance to further personalize their watch by taming its dial or by further enhancing its contrasts. For collectors that appreciate the intersection of art and craftmanship, of skill and natural beauty, the Eternal collection stands as a testament to their discerning taste.
We produce in such small quantities that each watch can be seen as a very strictly limited edition in just 25 pieces. All watches are therefore numbered.
The journey of the Eternal began a long time ago, deep below the surface of the Earth. Gases and fluids slowly crystallized into gemstones that, billions of years later, throughout the short history of mankind, have been imbued with significance and special powers by cultures around the world. Take Onyx, for example: it has always been associated with strength, courage, and resilience. Roman Legionaries wore onyx amulets that they believed would protect them in battle. Garnet, on the other hand, was believed to turn pale when danger approached and was considered a talisman against the destructive forces of nature.
At Albert Villa, we believe in quality that transcends time, and for The Eternal, as an embodiment of our credo, painstakingly crafting each dial from genuine millennia-old gemstones was the only way to ensure its unique and timeless character. Further exploring our love for Art Deco, we decided to fit our muscular yet refined 38 mm case with a one-of-a-kind tuxedo dial made of Garnet and Onyx. The vibrant shades and microscopic imperfections of the Garnet disc offer the perfect counterbalance to the elegant, understated refinement of an Onyx outer ring adorned with the classic Breguet-style numerals. We aimed for the perfect balance between exuberance and maturity, and we dedicate the Eternal to those not afraid to take chances, to those who would rather set trends than follow complacently.

Watch dials play an important role when it comes to instant attraction towards a timepiece. This doesn’t necessarily impact the movement and functions, but a dial can be a deal-breaker in many instances. I invite you to look at some spectacular dials crafted with naturally-occurring stones that add a pop of colour to your wrist, without losing their elegance.
My first choice for the ,,ETERNAL" collection is The tiger’s, respectivley two of the most spectacular variation of this gemstone, OX's Eye and Falcon's Eye.
Tiger eye stone represents prosperity, strength and courage, and has been used as a talisman since the early days of human civilisation. The luminosity of the stone is enhanced while holding it up into the sunlight, thereby creating a hypnotic effect on the onlooker. A variety of microcrystalline quartz, tiger’s eye is a semi-precious stone formed of amosite—the fibres of which are partially replaced with silica, following a natural transformation process. Appearing in fine layers, it’s these fibres that impart a lustrous and rich feel to the stone, available in several varieties and hues ranging from greyish blue to golden and reddish browns.
Tiger eye It is a dynamic stone, which seems to come to life as it catches the light. The richness of its details are revealed gradually; it must be admired from different angles to fully appreciate its beauty.
